Jessica began her legal career as a law clerk for the Honorable Edward A. DeWaters, Jr., Chief Judge of the Circuit Court for Baltimore County, for whom she did legal research and assisted him in numerous civil and criminal cases. Thereafter, she joined a prestigious Baltimore firm to try cases as defense counsel. Jessica has prepared and tried cases in all Maryland courts, as well as federal court, involving personal injury, wrongful death, issues of insurance coverage, premises liability, medical malpractice, products liability, environmental and workers’ compensation claims.

Jessica’s practice involves all facets of civil trial work, including the litigation of general negligence cases, workers’ compensation matters, premises liability, wills and estates and contractual and commercial disputes. Jessica has received an AV Peer Review rating from Martindale-Hubbell, the highest rating in legal and ethical standards.
