Prior to Hollen & Ferrill, Donna was a partner at Rollins, Smalkin, Richards & Mackie. Her practice there included workers’ compensation, and general litigation, including negligence, premises liability, and transportation. Donna has practiced in the areas of medical malpractice, toxic tort and asbestos litigation encompassing a broad field of insurance defense.

Before joining Rollins, Smalkin, Richards & Mackie, Donna served as a Stipulator of outstanding workers’ compensation claims at the Injured Workers’ Insurance Fund (IWIF).
